Prim 10 500g

PRIM 10 was born due to the collaboration between the research and development laboratory ESSEDIELLE and the University of Molise. Isolated in the middle of Italy, it is a strain from the Abruzzo Montepulciano variety.

PRIM 10 was selected both for its technological characteristics and for its organoleptic results. Being able to make complete fermentations of musts with a high sugar content, it can accentuate the aromatic characteristics of the variety.

PRIM 1O is recommended for all red wines for which aging is desired: Montepulciano, D'Abruzzo, Nebbiolo, Cabernet, Sangiovese, Aglianico, Nero D'Avola.

Description

Dose: 20 - 25 gr / hl. For diseased grape musts, increase the dose of yeast and nutrient.

Use: to rehydrate the yeast add 500 gr of PRIM 10 in 5 liters of sweetened water 1 - 2 % (50 - 100 gr of sugar) at 35 - 40 degrees Celsius, wait 15 minutes, mix vigorously, wait another 15 minutes, mix from again, add to the bottom of the must container.

In order to avoid the thermal shock, the temperature difference between the rehydrated yeast and the must in which it is added must not be higher than 5 - 8 degrees Celsius. Once you have opened it, the package must be used within a few days. Store in a cool place. Professional oenological use.
