GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS FERMENTARY ACTIVATOR

Vinovit is a fermentation activator that restores the optimal content of ammoniacal nitrogen and ensures the optimal content of vitamins and elements of musts from overcooked grapes or affected by botrytis. In case of slowing down the fermentation, the use of Vinovit prevents it from stopping, even in the presence of high temperatures. Thiamine (vitamin B1) partially inhibits the production of strong alcohols and promotes the formation of aromatic alcohols, leading to an organoleptic enrichment of the wine. In addition, due to its particular composition, Vinovit prevents the formation of hydrogen sulphide, compensating for the nutritional demand during fermentation.

USAGE CONDITIONS

Dissolve the dose of Vinovit in water, adding it to the must, preferably after the start of fermentation.

COMPOSITION

• Ammonium sulphate E 517;
• Dibasic ammonium phosphate;
• Thiamine (vitamin B1) ± 0.2%.

DOSE

10-100 g / hl, in must. The maximum legal amount of salts (ammonium sulphate and phosphate) is reached at 100 g / hl. It is recommended to add Vinovit in the initial phase of fermentation.

PACKING

200 g, 1 kg and 10 kg.

Store in a dry, cool place away from light and heat.
