We inform you that uremains the launch of the session for submitting non-reimbursable financing applications for the opening and development of non-agricultural activities in rural areas in the amount of up to  200,000 euros.

sM. 6.4 - Support for investments in the creation and development of non-agricultural activities

Eligible applicants  for the non-reimbursable financial support granted by this sub-measure are:

• Existing and newly established micro-enterprises and small non-agricultural enterprises (start-ups) in rural areas;
• Farmers or members of agricultural holdings (authorized with minimum status on PFA) who diversify their basic agricultural activity by developing a non-agricultural activity in rural areas within the existing enterprise, which can be included in micro-enterprises and small enterprises, except for unauthorized individuals.

Examples of types of eligible investments and expenses:

• Investments for the production and marketing of non-agricultural products:
• Investments for handicraft activities (handicraft activities and other traditional non-agricultural activities - pottery, embroidery, manual processing of iron, wool, wood, leather, etc.);
• Investments related to the provision of services:

• New investments for infrastructure in tourist reception units of the type: caravan parks, camping, bungalow, in compliance with ANT Order 65/2013, with subsequent amendments and completions;
• Recreational activity projects;
• Modernization / extension of tourist reception units of the type: caravan parks, camping, bungalows and agro-pensions, in compliance with ANT Order 65/2013, with subsequent amendments and completions;
• New investments / modernizations / extensions of public catering structures including the local gastronomic point;
• Investments in the production of biomass fuel (eg manufacture of pellets and briquettes) for sale;
• Investments for digitization services in order to streamline the activity;
• Investments that support environmental protection

Specific eligible costs (specified in the sub-measure sheet 6.4):

• Extension and / or modernization and endowment of agro-pensions;
• Establishment, extension and / or modernization and endowment of camping accommodation structures, caravan park, bungalows;
• Establishment, extension and / or modernization and endowment of independent public catering structures;
• construction, extension and / or modernization and endowment of buildings;
• acquisition and installation costs, including in financial leasing, of new machinery, installations and equipment;
• intangible investments: the acquisition or development of software and the acquisition of patents, licenses, copyrights, trademarks.

Specific ineligible expenses:

• Specific expenses for setting up and operating enterprises (obtaining operating permits, authorization fees, employee salaries, administrative costs, etc.)
• Expenses for the establishment of agro-pensions, pensions and hotels.
