REWINE fermentation yeast

REWINE yeast is an active, dehydrated yeast for winemaking. This yeast is recommended for restarting fermentation when it has stopped. It works even in temperature conditions of 13-15 °C.

Description

Dose: 20 - 40 gr / hl. For diseased grape musts, increase the dose of yeast and nutrient.

Use: to rehydrate the yeast, add 100 gr of REWINE to 1 liter of sweetened water 1 - 2 % (10 - 20 gr of sugar) at 35 - 40 degrees Celsius. Wait 15 minutes. Mix vigorously. Wait another 15 minutes. Mix again. Add gradually to the must container. To avoid thermal shock, the difference in temperature between the rehydrated yeast and the wort to which it is added must not be greater than 5-8 degrees Celsius.

After opening the package, it must be used within a few days. To keep in a cool place. Professional oenological use.
