FLOATING CAPS TANK FEATURES
These tanks with floating lid from the ECO FPN range are intended for storing food liquids such as: wine, water, tuica, etc. Due to the existence of the floating cover and the pneumatic sealing gasket, the liquid will not come into contact with the air. It will always be "full". The sealing gasket, attached to the floating cover, has the shape of a pretzel or bicycle chambers. By swelling it sticks to the walls making the seal. When you want to take liquid from the tank, deflate the gasket and the lid will float freely on the liquid. Through the tap at the bottom, take a certain amount of liquid and the floating cover will go down with the liquid level. Finally, after closing the tap, inflate the gasket again and you will seal the lid again.
ECO FPN 150 Liter tank is made of AISI 304 food grade stainless steel and is composed of:
- the tank itself;
- floating cover with inflatable gasket for sealing;
- pump with manometer for inflating the gasket;
- double direction valve and 1/2 ″ valve.
Tank diameter: 515 mm.
Tank height 750 mm
Wall thickness: 0.6 mm
Bottom thickness: 0.7 mm
Used to store wine in superior hygiene and safety conditions.
The contact of the wine with the air is eliminated.
Optionally it can be equipped with:
- footrest 400 mm high;
- stainless steel cover for protection against dust.
