Description

Automatic pasteurizer with electric heating and pipe and pipe-in-pipe heat exchanger intended for the pasteurization of fruit or vegetable juice. The adjustment of the juice temperature is automatic. Power 24KW. It has a very small temperature difference between the product circuit and the heating circuit (less than 2°C), with a capacity of 250 L/h at 80°C.
