IMF 250 frutty pasteurizer with gas and automation

Description

Automatic pasteurizer with gas burner and tube and tube-to-tube heat exchanger for fruit or vegetable juice pasteurization. Adjusting the juice temperature is manual or automatic, energy consumption is very low. It has a very small temperature difference between the product circuit and the heating circuit (less than 2°C), with a capacity of 250 L/h at 80°C. The burner capacity is 40 kW, the heat exchanger surface is 2.4 m², with an LPG consumption of about 2 kg/h and a weight of 170 kg. This steamer has an attached gas boiler with automatic temperature control.
