BB12 is the ideal solution for bottling wine or fruit juice in Bag-in-Box bags for small and medium producers.
BB12 is made of stainless steel with 4 adjustable legs, ready to be installed on a bench / support (on request it is possible
providing a stainless steel table). This does not require the provision of an air supply. The filling process is performed automatically: start, fill, stop.

Features liquid bottled machine of model for wine (cold liquids):
- productivity: between 750 - 1,000 L / hour;
- made entirely of food grade stainless steel;
- work table with adjustable inclination;
- food stainless steel dosing-filling device;
- fine adjustment of the quantity, with error of approx. 1%;
- control panel;
- digital meter;
- nitrogen injection valve;
- has the ability to fill Pouch bags.
Extra features of model for fruit juice (hot liquids):
- meter for non-viscous hot liquids (maximum 120 ºC);
- EURO 20 pump, with heat-resistant rubber rotor;
- food grade stainless steel pneumatic valve;
- manual vacuum valve;
- withstands pressures up to 6 BAR.
Optional:
- high work table with self-locking wheels and support for pump and compressor;
- air compressor;
- control panel with level sensor and connection to the pasteurizer.
