GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS STABILIZER

Liquisolf is a stabilizer consisting of an aqueous solution of potassium metabisulphite, pale yellow in color, characteristic odor of sulfur dioxide and with a SO2 concentration of 150 g / l.

Liquisolf is an essential additive in the wine industry that fulfills various functions:

• ability to coagulate during the clarification stage;
• ability to solubilize polyphenols;
• antiseptic capacity against unwanted microflora;
• acidification function;
• antioxidant and antioxidant capacity.

Liquisolf is ideal for adding SO2 at all stages of winemaking, especially during grape crushing and bottling.

USAGE CONDITIONS

Disperse the Liquisolf directly into the mass to be treated.

DOSAGE STABILIZER

Add Liquisolf in different doses as needed.

NB: one liter of free liquiosulfur solution 150 g / l of So2.

COMPOSITION

• E224 Potassium metabisulphite: 282 g / l solution;
• SO2: 150 g / l solution;
• Density: 1,200;
• And boron derivatives: absent.

PACKING

1 L, 25 kg and 1100 kg tanks.

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Do not store in metal containers.
