The ARNO range peelers are intended for both domestic and professional use, for peeling and then crushing grapes. They are made of enamelled sheets or food grade stainless steel and are driven by a single-phase motor with a power of 1.5 kW or 1.8 kW, and the peeling system with blades also achieves the crushing of the grains.

The tank has a auger that transports the grapes in the crushing area, the unbundling being made by a shaft with food grade stainless steel blades to a sieve of the same material. The crushing of the grains is done by hitting the grapes by the blades of the unbunching shaft, and the evacuation of the bunches takes place through the side opposite to the gearing system, having a stainless steel pump that facilitates the handling of the must.

The size of the exhaust nozzle of the crushed grains is 50 mmm, the pump having the ability to push the must to a height of 5 m or a length of 15 m.
