BOTTLING EQUIPMENT FEATURES
This bottling machine is used for bag-in-box bottling. Bag in box is a type of container used for storing or transporting liquids. It consists of a sturdy bag made of metallic or plastic film, placed in a cardboard box.
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
Air consumption 6 bar (compressor not included)
Stainless steel control panel with PLC SIEMENS multi-language and multi-program touch screen;
Electromagnetic flow meter;
Extracting the air from the bag,
Vacuum system and nitrogen injection;
Automatic opening/closing of bags;
900 rpm self-priming rubber impeller positive displacement pump with by-pass and total drain valve;
Vacuum filling system,
Filling flexible bags or Pouch (larger type) from 1 Lt capacity;
Stainless steel frame with 4 wheels;
Stainless steel fitting for CIP cleaning, automatic cleaning program;
Rubber pipes.
RELIABILITY: Installation of high quality electronic and pneumatic components always ready in stock; the possibility of installing a remote assistance kit, to guarantee fast and perfect assistance.
SPEED: all operations can be set by the user according to their own needs: vacuum time, nitrogen injection times, filling speed, bag opening and closing speed. The possibility to choose between two types of pumps with different capacity and to install a variable frequency drive allows to easily reach all the desired skill goals.
