GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS FERMENTATION ACTIVATOR

Ali-Starter Plus is a fermentation activator that has a formula with a balanced composition that, added to grapes, makes adequate use of nutrients and growth factors necessary for yeast metabolism and avoids the risk of blocking fermentation or hydrogen sulfide production. Supplements the nutritional background fraction of yeast cell and cellulose walls to absorb any fermentation inhibitors.

Careful! 30 g / hl of Ali-Starter Plus means 45 mg / hl of thiamine (legal maximum limit: 60 mg / hl) and approx. 45 mg / l of APA (available nitrogen).
