ENO 15 Crusher-Shredder

The peeling crushers from the ENO 15 range are intended for domestic and semi-professional use, for crushing and peeling grapes, for use by sitting on a tub or on a bowl, where the must (crushed grains) will gather.

It is made of enamelled sheet or food grade stainless steel and is driven by a single-phase motor with a power of 0.75 kW. ENO 15 has a higher productivity than those in the ENO 3 range with motor due to the auger in the tank that forces the penetration of the grapes in the crushing area. The crushing is done by a pair of rollers, the unbundling of an axis with enamelled steel blades, and the sieve through which the crushed grains fall is made of food grade stainless steel, as an accessory an Enamel or Stainless Steel Support for ENO 3/15 can be used. The assembly of the must is done through the bottom in a container, and the evacuation of the bunches through the opposite side of the gear system.
