The filters in the COLOMBO OIL range are designed to filter cooking oil.

They consist of an irreversible electric pump and a frame (or two for model 36) on which are placed the food plastic support plates, between which the filter plates will be placed. Filter plates are consumable for this equipment.

The maximum number of filter plates that can be used at the same time is the one specified in the name.

Oil filters are designed to filter cooking oil. An oil filter consists of an irreversible electric pump and a frame (or two for model 36) on which are placed food plastic support plates, between which the filter plates will be placed. The machine can be used for several types of vegetable oil. The types of vegetable oils can be different, so you must always specify the type of oil processed, how it is obtained and the temperatures for filtration. Oil filtration removes impurities from the oil and allows its use in technologies that require clean oil.

  • a pump from the BE-M / NOVAX range is used;
  • depending on the model, 18 or 36 filter plates with dimensions of 20 x 20 cm are used;
  • productivity between 200 and 800 L / hour;
  • single-phase 220 V;
  • Do not use in liquids with an alcoholic strength of more than 20 degrees
  • a support and a manometer can be attached.
