General features yeast vinification

The Vinferm Basic Essedielle line was born of the need to provide a yeast for versatile winemaking with a good quality/price ratio guaranteeing complete and defective fermentation.

Conditions of use

  • Fermentation temperature: 17 - 35 ° C;
  • Alcohol content: 15% Alc. / Vol;
  • High resistance to SO2;
  • High glycerol production;
  • Total sugar consumption;
  • Poor production of sulfur compounds.

Dosage yeast vinification

20-30 g / hl, increase the dose to 40 g / hl in the case of specially loaded or high sugars.

Rehydrate in accordance with the protocol and add in the must, preferably during FILTERING.

PACKING

Packaging of 100 gr., 500 gr., 1 kg and bag of 10 kg.

Attention:

Its high content of dry substance ensures excellent storage in the original package below 20 ° C. For long periods of time a temperature below 10 ° C.
