Vinoferm Chardonnay 500g It is a high quality product, ideal for professional and domestic use.
Dose: 20 - 40 g/hl. For musts from enlarged sick grapes the dose of yeast and nutrient.
Use: To rehydrate the yeast add 500 grams of Vinferm® Chardonnay in 5 liters of sweetened water 1 - 2 % (50 - 100 grams of sugar) to 35 - 40 degrees Celsius, wait for 15 minutes, mix vigorously, wait another 15 minutes, mix again, add to the bottom of the container.
In order to avoid the thermal shock, the temperature difference between the rehydrated yeast and the must is not more than 5 - 8 degrees Celsius. After you have opened it, the package should be used within a few days. Store in a cool place. Professional oenological use.
