Dose: 20 - 40 gr/hl. For musts from enlarged sick grapes the dose of yeast and nutrient.
Use: To rehydrate the yeast add 100 grams of rewines in 1 liter of sweetened water 1 - 2 % (10 - 20 grams of sugar) to 35 - 40 degrees Celsius. Wait 15 minutes. Mix energetically. Wait another 15 minutes. Mix again. Gradually add to the must container. In order to avoid the thermal shock, the temperature difference between the rehydrated yeast and the must is not more than 5 - 8 degrees Celsius.
After you have opened the package, it must be used within a few days. Store in a cool place. Professional oenological use.
