The temperature of the liquids cast in the bags can be up to. 85 ̊C if certain conditions are met:
- After filling the bags, store them horizontally, especially immediately after filling at 72-85 ̊C or under conditions that the cooling of the bags at 40 ̊C will take more than 12 hours (high baskets, barrels).
- Avoid storing bags in layers immediately after bottling at temperatures above 85 ̊C.
- Based on experience, good manufacturing practices should include storage of bags in a horizontal position, with the plug up so that the collar area is dipped directly into the product until the temperature reaches
72 ̊C.
