All the production processes are supported and guaranteed by the strict internal protocols for the process control, allowing the supply on the market of competitive and reliable products.
António Almeida Cortiças has implemented methodologies and production processes that allow us to put on the market plugs for champagne of high quality, mechanically and rigorously calibrated. These qualities are primordial for maintaining the quality of champagne and sparkling wines.
A careful selection of raw materials is fundamental to obtain the highest quality champagne plugs. Throughout the entire production process, sparkling wine plugs are subjected to rigorous control of the laboratory, to ensure sensory purity and high mechanical performance.
COMPOSITION
The body is formed by the agglomeration of large particles disinfected by our Advantech system and provided with two natural cork discs subject to the Deo disinfection process that guarantees the preservation of the bottled product.
