SELF-CLEANING FILTER DESCRIPTION

Filtration of fruit or vegetable juices is a multi-stage production process, the aim of which is to remove the product from mechanical suspensions, yeast sediments, adhesive, tartar and microorganisms by using a self-cleaning filter. In other words, the purpose of this procedure is to stabilize the wine / finished product from a microbiological point of view. Membrane filtration is mainly used in enterprises. This method is considered the most common, because the structure of the wine is completely preserved. It is performed using special equipment such as the JF1500 filter from our offer. Below are some details about this product:

• Filter for filtering fruit and vegetable juice.
• The sieve is made of food grade stainless steel.
• It has a pump with 30 mm nozzles.
• It is equipped with a manometer.
