Hydropress juice TH 20 - TH 40 - TH 90 - TH 180
Hydraulically operated press that connects to a water source, water pressure inflating the inner balloon that crushes the fruit against the basket wall, resulting in must or juice, which is collected in the gutter on the edge of the basket and directed into a tub or tub with pump for transport to the storage tank. The basket is made of food grade stainless steel, and the support is made of enamelled steel. A pressing cycle takes a few minutes. Suitable for small and medium production activities. The TH 180 model has a basket folding system so that emptying is easy and fast.
