Gas boiler 36 - 390 L
The boiler has double walls and a special oil as a temperature transfer element. It is equipped with mixer and burner. The oil takes over the temperature and distributes it evenly in the pot, resulting in a fast and uniform heating so that the preparation in it does not burn. It has an outlet for filling at Ø 40 mm. It is intended for the preparation of fruits and vegetables for the production of jam, marmalade, zacusca, tomato juice, etc ..
