Nurinova Sorbing is an antimicrobial agent, easily soluble in wine, with appearance: powder or granulated white-creamy. Used with a small amount of SO2 (30-50 mg/l), the potassium sip prevents re-fermentation and alteration produced by yeasts. It is not effective against bacteria. Attention: In the case of an inadequate protection with SO2, the potassium sip can be degraded by the wine bacteria, producing flavors and smells of bite.
