Use: For rehydration of yeast add 100 grams of Comerm Rose in 1 liter of sweetened water 1 - 2 % (10 - 20 grams of sugar) to 35 - 40 degrees Celsius. Wait 15 minutes. Mix energetically. Wait another 15 minutes. Mix again. Gradually add to the must container. In order to avoid the thermal shock, the temperature difference between the rehydrated yeast and the must is not more than 5 - 8 degrees Celsius.
After you have opened the package, it must be used within a few days. Store in a cool place. To be used only with activator.
