Description

Dose: 20 - 40 g / hl. For diseased grape musts, increase the dose of yeast and nutrient. The use of impreu is recommended

Use: to rehydrate the yeast add 100 g of VINOFERM ROSE in 1 liter of sweetened water 1 - 2 % (10 - 20 g of sugar) at 35 - 40 degrees Celsius. Wait 15 minutes. Stir vigorously. Wait another 15 minutes. Stir again. Gradually add to the must container. To avoid thermal shock, the temperature difference between the rehydrated yeast and the must in which it is added must not be greater than 5 - 8 degrees Celsius.

Once you have opened the package it must be used within a few days. Store in a cool place. Use only with activator.
