CHARACTERISTICS OF THE APPLE JUICE PRODUCTION LINE

The technological process of obtaining apple juice has the following stages:

• chopping apples with the chopper;
• transport of chopped apples from the shredder to the press with the help of buckets or other vessels;
• pressing the mince to extract the juice with a water pressure;
• collecting the juice in a large tub and transporting it with an electric pump to the tank where it will be pasteurized;
• pasteurization of the juice with the help of 2 thermoplown pasteurizers;
• bottling the hot juice in the Bag-in-Box bags using the scales filling kit.

Equipment included in the apple juice production line:

• 1 x Toilet;
• 1 x Hydropress;
• 1 x Plastic bathtub;
• 1 x Electro-pump;
• 1 x Stainless steel tank;
• 2 x Pasteurizers type thermoplunge;
• 1 x Filling kit with scale;
