PRODUCTION LINE CHARACTERISTICS

This production line is essential in the technological process of obtaining apple juice, which has the following stages:

• chopping apples and transporting the chopped to the press is done with the help of the shredder
• pressing the mince to extract the juice using a continuous belt press;
• collecting the juice in a tank with the pump and transporting it to the storage tank;
• pasteurization of the juice with the help of an automated pasteurizer;
• storing hot juice in a cistern for a short time for bottling;
• bottling hot juice in Bag-in-Box bags using a semi-automatic bottler.

Equipment included:

• 1 x Conveyor belt shredder;
• 1 x Continuous belt press;
• 1 x Tank with pump, automated;
• 2 x Stainless steel tanks;
• 1 x Automated pasteurizer;
• 1 x Semi-automatic bottler for Bag-in-Box bags;
• various accessories.
